What you will learn and experience:
Connected Breathwork- a powerful and transformative way of breathing energy which leads to greater aliveness through release of stuck emotions and conditioned thoughts
Vinyasa or Yin yoga for preparation for breathing, awareness and balance.
Emotional-Mind Healing: discussion and exercises on meditation, psychology, relationships and health to bring enhanced awareness, healing and positive development to your life.
Food Fasting will be encouraged for the most open breathing experience. Fruit will be made available.
In The Healing Power of Breathwork series, you will surround yourself with a community of loving, supportive friends and Breathwork exchange partners and supported in overcoming the major issues that keep us all unconscious and stuck in our patterns. The intention is deeper self-knowledge and acceptance of self and others and the establishment of more love, prosperity, good health and tranquility in your life.
Come with an open mind and an open heart to clean out a lifetime of old baggage and build a conscious future. You can expect massive positive changes!
Meets one full day a month for 12 months. Beginners welcome. Out of shape or injured are welcome. Non-yogis are welcome. Yogis are welcome too. In fact, you will find that this practice improves your yoga. Old people are welcome. Young people over the age of 16 are welcome. You are welcome!
