In a series of 10 sessions we also look into who you are as a person and how you developed the thought-feeling patterns that you have. This supports an accelerated personal growth and development and ensures that your breakthrough and the insights you receive are long lasting.
Is Breathwork Dangerous?
Leonard Orr the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork used to say, “Rebirthing is safer than going to kindergarden”. While safe, breathwork has the potential to bring up intense feelings with strong physical and emotional releases. For this reason, it is important to learn with a trained breathworker. When properly facilitated, breathwork always brings positive results. Physically, it is contraindcated for pregnant women and those with very high blood pressure.
