Hi Adrian, I want to thank you for your classes and training as it really helped me in my life, to become calm and to be able to be 'one' with my body and mind. It has been a good experience for me and I am sure that it will help me further, both in yoga as well as in my job and personal life. I also found your classes interesting to follow and you manage to exchange your knowledge and experience with us, even when the yoga theory isn’t’ always that easy! I think that your teaching skills has helped me to develop myself as a good student/teacher of yoga and hope you will keep sharing this with other new students. Much love, Ratchanee (Ple) |

Because of practicing at Yoga Elements Studio, I've invested into meditation and embraced the practice of yoga into my life. My whole paradigm has shifted! Like Eleanor Roosevelt says "people will walk in and out of your life but only a few will leave footprints in your heart" and you are one of them. Thank you! I just want to wish you the best, my teacher. lots of respect, Ploy Mekdusadeerom |
I’m always disappointed when it comes to comparing Hong Kong studios with Yoga Elements. No where matches up, nowhere near as good as elements. In all aspects, teaching, atmosphere, environment; your place definitely kicks ass! Please come and do a workshop here, you would definitely enlighten the folks here! XOXO- Veronica Rya |
| I have taken yoga classes everywhere in Bangkok but the teachers never teach breathing correctly. The last two years of serious practicing yoga was a struggle…before meeting you. I’ve never practiced this well, so balanced and relaxed. Your classes are awesome and I know the others feel the same way. Thanks you so much! Kare Wiri |

Seeing the crap people call yoga studios here in New York, I have yet to find a yoga studio in the US that can compete with yoga elements. Yoga Elements is truly a fantastic place. I always knew it, but now I really miss what I had in Bangkok. Chris Otchy |
In other centers, yoga was taught only as a way to keep physical fitness. Since joining Yoga Elements, I have been transformed by your brilliant, compassionate teaching. I have such an indescribable feeling of well-being. The vibes in your studio are just awesome, impregnated with the aura of the teachers and devoted students. After one class finishes, I simply can’t wait to attend again. Thanks again for being the great teacher you are!" Namaste, --Elodie |

To study yoga with Adrian Cox is an amazing experience and a great privilege. It has changed my life and the life of many of my friends. People come to Adrian’s classes with bad posture, stressed-out and exhausted and leave looking completely transformed, relaxed and glowing, with bright eyes and a big smile on their face His love for yoga, dedication, great knowledge, intuition, and a natural talent to teach has, and continues to inspire me in many ways. He teaches yoga as an art and has a great charismatic ability to bring the best out from his students

| My life is totally different now from how it was before I met you. . I still hear your voice when I do yoga, telling me “you CAN change, you can change!” and reminding me that “the teacher comes from within!” . I want to thank you for again for everything, I still think of you and our lovely group during teacher training. Love, peace, and happiness to you! Luisa Rene |

You and the teachers at yoga elements studio have enriched my life in so many ways. I’ve never felt physically and mentally better, and more alive than I do now after doing only two months of daily yoga practice with you. Thank you for being such an incredible teacher and a very special, wonderful person! Love, Sabine Weiss |

I did some deep personal work at Yoga Elements studio, and regret I wasn't able to spend more time working closely with you, Adrian, you created an amazing yoga studio with wonderful healing energy. Stay authentic and continue to offer up that true open heart-space to others. Your dance is right on target. Much love, Mary Noble |
I had almost given up on yoga. I was a teacher for four years in Sydney and I thought I had learned it all. But practicing at yoga elements with your top quality instructors, I feel like a total beginner again! I’ve learned so much from you all. You have such a talent for teaching and so much knowledge I’m really wishing I could have done your teacher training. Thanks a million, I’ve fallen in-love with yoga again! Annabelle |

I frequently reflect on my time in Thailand and appreciate what you taught me in regards to yoga. Truly, I was blessed to encounter your teaching and sacred space at Yoga Elements Studio. With Love and Light! Sonya Enchill xoxo |
The lessons of mind/body/spirit that you have taught me have kept me optimistic during moments of doubt, given me strength during challenging asanas, and helped me surrender and trust instead of hiding in fear. Thank you for continuing to teach and inspire me, even from such a great physical distance. Love and Namaste-Karin Shipley |
I really loved the classes I was able to take at elements. All of your teachers really share their own personalities and strengths in their very unique classes. Yours just always blow me away and leave me very inspired as a student and a teacher. Thanks for that. Take care, Christina Curry |

Many thanks for setting up the workshop and providing all those great students. I was again impressed by the standard of your students and the whole energy of your school is very much alive and buzzing, you are doing a great job there! love, Paddy McGrath
You are a great teacher and your passion for yoga can be experienced in every single class. I learned a lot, not just about postures, and your classes always give food for thought. I will definitely miss the practice and the people at YES. Should you ever set up a workshop or a studio in Germany, please let me know and I will be the first to sign up for it! XO, Gaby |

Learning about people at the
immersion and the studios that they go to makes me realize what a rare gem
Yoga Elements is. Can't thank you enough : )
"I know i felt good after only one
session with you! Now I feel strong mentally when certain situations arise
that used to bother me. And you know..things really have been different for
me..I'm sure you've noticed it too. I don't let small things affect me like
they used to, and most important I feel I'm able to express my
feelings/thoughts better than before. And you know in the past month or so..
I not only know those things by my own affirmations but by other people too.
Many people have mentioned how bright/happy/healthy i look..and i know it's
all from what i feel inside that's changed :) "

“Thank you for the amazing insight into
'the meaning of life' you have given me and my fellow students - its been one
of the most important and interesting life-changing events for me - the
course was a great broad foundation to build upon, I'm so grateful for
the opportunity that came my way to participate and for your sharing of
knowledge from your years of study and practice. I know taking this course
with Yoga Elements was the right decision for me and worth more than a mere
monetary value.” Chris Smith -UK (2007 teacher training at yoga elements in Bangkok)

Thank you to you both for making the trip to Penang! I am so glad that I finally got
to take classes from Adrian. Rather ironic that I didn't get
the chance at Yoga Elements in Bangkok but instead he came to Penang. If I came away with only one thing from the weekend,
my practice would be all the better for it. However, I learnt so many new
perspectives and received "reinforcements" on what I believe in...very
comforting sometimes in the face of this "ultra fashionable trend"
that is yoga nowadays. So I came away recharged and I hope you will come
again to Penang! Take care. Janis Tan |

I miss your class so much and still your studio is No.1
in the world! Even in Japan,
I recommend your studio to people. See you someday! Chika

Hi Shane & Adrian,
Adrian's workshop was wonderful and precise, easy to understand and
remember. I have been practicing yoga and attending workshops for years,
still searching for the answer/way how yoga re-union our mind soul &
body, he has given me the answer. Previously those Ashtanga vinyasa workshops
i attended only work on physical body and not the five bodies, I felt it
is important to understand and practice yoga for the benefits of 5
bodies. Usually, I felt tired practicing vinyasa first series
but I discovered proper pranayama and pratyahara will help a
lot. Mantra chanting able to improve my breathing. Keep in touch

Regarding the Moscow Yoga Journal conference I took
classes with Jivamukti and Adrian Cox. Oh the happiness I felt to study with
these people! So many new, bright, happy, and positive emotions. How much
useful information for the body and brain, particularly regarding breathing,
I received a lot of new knowledge. For example, in Adrian Cox's class, I
stood in the "bridge" for so long that it was a feeling that I was
born anew. I felt this wonderful expansion of consciousness and light energy,
and no pain in my body. I thought maybe it was only my imagination, but my
student shared with me that she felt exactly the same feelings! That’s great.
This is great! It's very interesting that Adrian Cox teaches in Bangkok, and I will be able to go to his
classes within a few months! Уiррeeee! Hurrrrrrrah!
Actually, his practice - quite influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is so much
more than physical, working with ascending and descending energies. His
workshop opened by breathing in-peace we radiating out orange energy. You
know, when he spoke, I closely monitored his face, and gestures. His eyes
were often closed and in one moment, he smiled! I know that smile when
a person feels a force, energy - he smiles. That was so cool! I fell in-love
in Adrian and his lessons for me the spirit
of this practice.

Yoga teacher, Adrian Cox who takes all his
students on the journey of consciousness expansion and strength
enlargement through yoga practicing creatively and passionately. There is
always something new in his teaching in every class. He introduces new
possibilities of yoga with his unique teaching approaches. From my
experience, when you practice at the studio, the harmonious symphony
flows out from the tuneful body and peaceful mind that inspired by the
talented guru ,

"I wanted to thank you for the time and attention
you have given me and all of the group over the last few months. The course
has opened lots of new views, ways of looking and being for me. It has been
fun, challenging, confusing but most importantly it has been a very positive
experience."
