"My mission is to help people heal, strengthen, and feel good. It's how I make a difference.
I know how to help transform others because I first did this with myself. From my own
experience I know that when you start feeling good and point yourself in the right direction,
amazing opportunities will open up for you. Then you start living your truth, obstacles give
way, and you begin to tap huge reservoirs of energy and inspiration that you never knew you had. Making this possible for you- that's what I'm about"

adrain coxWhat is NLP? NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a modeling technology that uncovers the structure of how extraordinary people structure their internal experience to achieve extraordinary results. NLP co-founders John Grinder and Richard Bandler initially modeled the work of three highly renowned therapists and discovered the linguistic and behavioral keys to their unusual persuasion ability to affect change. As a meta discipline, NLP communication techniques have found application in business, psychology, sports, teaching, sales, and more.

“NLP cannot be dismissed as just another hustle. Its theoretical underpinnings represent an ambitious attempt to codify and synthesize the insights of linguistics, body language, and the study of communication systems." -- Psychology Today

"(NLP) does offer the potential for making changes without the usual agony that accompanies these phenomena. . . Thus it affords the opportunity to gain flexibility, creativity, and greater freedom of action than most of us now know”-- Training and Development Journal

adrain coxWhat is Yoga?
Originally, yoga arose as a method to achieve higher consciousness and in that pursuit, many methods, techniques, and styles have arisen over the past 5 or more thousand years. The styles that influence me are Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, and the more esoteric oriented approaches of the Northern Indian schools such as the Bihar School of Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism. These are simply tools I use for specific outcomes. Yoga is the most significant tool for healing, and growth that I know of, and it can work for you- no matter who you are or what your condition is.

What is Hypnotherapy? Hypnosis is a common state of mind- we are all in varying stages of light trances throughout the day. Remembering, pondering, visualizing and meditation are types of trances. You have already been in hypnosis- but I will simply teach you to utilize it, and to give you more control over the process. In this pleasant, relaxed state, the usual conscious objections such as "I can't", and "I'm not X enough" can be easily by-passed and new positive patterns imprinted into your behavior.  This is a lasting, safe way to d
erive more self-control, fun and joy out of life.
